Milly’s life was safe. Her plans, certain.
She doesn’t take risks because she knows what it’s like to lose everything.
But, when it all falls apart, she decides to throw caution to the wind.
Her journey to reclaim her future leads her straight into the grown up arms of the boy she left behind.
In them, she finds passion long denied and love she thought was lost.
But is the promise of a second chance worth the risk of losing herself again?
When he discovers that the girl he has loved his whole life moved on without him, Dean needs answers.
He didn’t expect to still want her.
He didn’t expect her to want him, too.
And suddenly, he finds himself in a battle for the heart of the woman he’s never stopped loving.
As they look to the past for answers, can they hold onto the future they were meant to have?
Or will what they remember make them wish they could forget?
I generously received this ARC from Give Me Books in exchange for an honest review…
I cannot believe that this is only Dylan Allen’s second novel! I adored her debut novel earlier this year and was so excited when I saw that she had her next book in the works. This story is truly amazing and I could not put it down.
Remember is a beautifully captivating second chance romance that will have your heart soaring as you devour this story. If you’ve read Allen’s debut novel then you’ll remember how we briefly met her in Rise. The author does an extraordinary job with character development, creating down to earth ones that readers feel as if it’s someone they know. Someone they grew up with! Milly and Dean’s chemistry was truly unique and felt as if it was floating off of the pages. Their story literally consumed my every thought throughout the reading and I could hardly put it down. I am so in love with this couple and I cannot wait to read the next book in the series!!!
Although this is considered a standalone in the Symbols of Love series I strongly encourage reading Rise because it is just as amazing as this one!
